On April 1st to the 21st we held the
“No Show Car & Truck Show”

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic when we couldn’t hold regular shows we held a virtual car show online. But sadly it only had 28 entries. As a thank you to all who entered they received one free show of their choice for 2020 or 2021. The three Best of Show winners received two free shows.

Due to voting irregularities we had to switch away from people’s choice voting to a judged show. The Best of Show winners were picked by our judges.

Y-block V-8 3 speed automatic transmission (column shift) Manual steering and brakes Car is completely original except for one repaint believed to have been applied in the late 1960s/early 1970s. This car was in dry storage in a warehouse in Indiana from about 1974 until 2016. When I purchased the car there was still mail and car show flyers from the early 1970s in the glovebox. Even the clock still works!

My father built this in 1955 from a 1950 Crosley Station wagon. They used it for advertising their trucking business. In 1984 it went to a junk yard and in 2009 I rescued it. After year of on and off work,it was restored by 2016. A few months back, I allowed the truck to become an art object. Cam Parker of Tampa painted the music theme on it at the Gasparilla Art Fest in Tampa.
